I interviewed David Lyndsay to discuss his reasons for stepping down as Town Councillor in Tadcaster as part of the film about the town. It also enables me to test out practices, theories and work on themes and ideas.

Today I chose to work on the impact of  technology and engagement with the contributor. I worked  with a Canon MK5 ii as I wanted to go for the shallow depth of field. It’s a nicer shot than the interview on NX5 but I struggled with eye line and wasn’t able to keep up with the answers to my questions. I felt that this interview didn’t really go anywhere as I was too concerned with the camera.
